This is correct. In fact I would bet that there are more things in the
vector space package that are faulty. Unfortunately I don't think that
this is very simple to fix. We plan to rewrite the whole vector space
package (and add lots of related stuff, like modules). We can not make
any promises when this will be available.

Again this is correct (at least I hope that 'FiniteFieldOps.Coefficients'
is correct, since I wrote it ;-).
