We will be able to arrange cheap accommodation (60 Hrn/night) in student hostels only for participants from Former Soviet Union. (Such hostels are located far from the city centre and do not have any English-speaking staff; both daily commute and resolution of accommodation issues may be quite difficult for people not speaking Ukrainian or Russian, and we have no resources for interpreting assistance).
