Harold Scott MacDonald Coxeter

Donald Coxeter graduated from Cambridge and worked most of his life in Canada. His work was mainly in geometry. In particular he made contributions of major importance in the theory of polytopes, non-euclidean geometry, group theory and combinatorics. He became an honorary member of the EMS in 1959. | |||||||||||||||
