Hello everybody !

I am currently dealing with a problem concerning the minimum weight of
some rather
large codes. I found the algorithm DecreaseMinimumDistanceLowerBound by
J.S. Leon in the Guava-Package.
Does anybody know which epsilon-parameter is being taken in the
implementation ?
Is there a source code admissable ?

Are there any other algorithms which handle weightdistribution problems
by
probablilistic (Monte-Carlo ?) methods ?
