Yes (assuming that GAP 4 itself does - I never tried). CrystCat requires
only GAP 4 and the package Cryst (also known as CrystGAP). Although the
latter provides some features available only under UNIX, the main part
of Cryst, including everything needed by CrystCat, is available on any
system running GAP 4.
